April 2015
We also went to St. George for Spring Break right after Jared broke his foot. One of their favorite things to do is swim in Paul and Dianne's pool and hike the Dixie rock. Poor Jared couldn't do either. At least he got to float in the pool. The Trammell's mean everything to us!
Weve really grown to love your dog Ellie. She sits at the gate and cries when we don't let her out to play with us. We have also grown to love our Piano teacher Sister Lora Johnson. She is 85 and still going strong. Boys did a great job at their piano recital.
Central Elementary started a new Art Program. They teach the kids about famous artists and then have them paint their rendition of the painting and then have an art gallery. Here are some of Spencer and Landon's masterpieces. Oh, and I caught Jared asleep on the couch. I love a sleeping baby...even if he is 13!
Our friend and hair dresser Liz, moved from her house to a salon. The boys felt quite pampered. I discovered that I have always gotten my hair done in the comfort of a home. I think I prefer it that way.
March 2015
Spencer's first time skiing. Chad said that Spencer skied like a pro. He loved it and everyone had a great time on the slopes.
Landon decided that he wanted to try out for the Elementary School Play. He didn't really try out for any part in particular, but ended up with the main role of Robin Hood. He had a lot of lines to memorize and did amazing for his first time acting. We were so proud of him.
Landon is our little dog lover. He has always loved puppies and dogs. Our neighbor bred dogs for a while and we had a good time going to see all of the puppies.
Jared played Rugby for the first time. He was on the United U120 team. He loved it and had a lot of fun!
Jared turns 13! We now have two teenagers in our house. That is so crazy to me. We kept his birthday pretty low key this year. He chose money over a party and Red Robin for dinner. We did have some family over for cake and ice cream and celebrated Ila's birthday as well. Easter was also low key.
We went to our the Erekson's cabin for Spring Break. The kids love to Paint Ball the whole time we are there.
Our first broken bone. While we were at the cabin, Jared stepped off of a stair wrong and broke his foot. He had to ride a knee scooter to school and ride in the elevator. It wasn't all bad.
5th Grade Hope of America. Landon had a great time performing with his friends at Hope of America.
Landon got a new "80". Jared and his "fawx" hawk...and more Rugby
Kyle's sophomore year of Rugby. They didn't win very many games, but Kyle learned a lot and became really aggressive!
