Granny Massage

Today we ventured down to Springville (I don't go far from home very often) so that the boys could get a massage from Granny Juline! They were all in heaven and made the cutest ooohing and awwing noises. The boys love her rocks. They love taking them all out and putting them all back in the warmer, they love handing them to her and they love them all over their bodies (she usually doesn't put quite that many on when she does a regular massage!) Poor me! I had to sit their and watch! I am next!

Kyle needed his massage the most. He hurt his back before we went to Island Park and missed the first two days of riding four wheelers. He says that it is fine, but I could tell by the way he walks that he wasn't back to normal. I am sure he enjoyed the massage!

Spencer LOVED it!

Landon need the massage really badly too. He had huge knots in his neck and around his poor little ears!

The camera's batteries died right after I took video of Jared, so I didn't get a still shot! He is my touchy feely boy and made the cutest noises while getting his massage!

Island Park 2009

We had such a great time at Island Park this year. Every year we extend our stay by a day or two and every year we want to stay longer. There is just so much to see and do! The kids are in heaven riding four wheelers everywhere everyday!

Our cozy cabin

On our float trip. Not sure what I was doing with my shorts. I need to get some board shorts!

Chad's cousin Don and his wife Tiffany! We had so much fun with them this year!

This was at Chad's uncle Richard's camp. We were all getting ready to ride to Tim and Julie's cabin about 20 miles away!

On our way back from their cabin. We took a break by this lovely little stream!

Mesa Verde Falls! Breathtaking!

Chad posing with Landon who loves to pose for pictures!

A bunch of us rode to Big Springs where Jonny Sac built the first cabin in Island Park. Under the bridge we are standing on are huge fresh water trout! We go and visit them every year!

When we first arrived at Big Springs it was raining. The only shelter was the out house!

The only down fall to riding so much is how dirty we get! This was Kyle during his first ride. He was so happy he couldn't stop smiling and hence the dirt on his teeth!

Lindsay and the boys! Landon loves Lindsay! It has the biggest crush on her. I never knew a five year old could act so weird around a girl! It is quite funny! Who wouldn't have a crush on her...she is darling!

Every year we take a 70 mile round trip four wheeler ride into West Yellowstone. Those who don't want to ride four wheelers take their cars and meet for lunch at the Wild West pizza joint! Great memories!

Landon and his first love...wait...I think he has a list of about five girlfriends! Uh Oh!

The funeral

Doogie's funeral was on Monday. Chad had to speak. I can't think of anything more hard than speaking at one of your friends funerals. Chad did an awesome job! I am so proud of him. He is an unbelievable friend. He is amazing at keeping in contact with his friends that are scattered all over the country. I know he would do anything for us and I know he would do anything for his friends! I know why I love him!

Chad is on his way home...

Chad is on his way home. Doogie suffered a massive stroke during the night and will not be able to recover. His children are flying there tonight to say goodbye to their daddy and then they will take him off of life support. Please pray for Valerie and give your husbands a hug.
