Every year at this time we go to Island Park near West Yellowstone. Chad's extended family on the Slocum side has been going up for years and we have followed suit for the last 5 or so years. Chad's parents are always there and we were fortunate to have his brother Steve there with his wife and three kids. Chad's Aunt Ginnie and Grandma from California also came. This year was especially fun for us. We took my niece Jessica along and also invited our good friends Randall and Sharee! It was a very memorable year! Make sure to check out the archive. Uh Oh...the cabin had a game cube. The boys found that right away and dubbed that room. Too bad we had so many fun things planned that they didn't get to play very much!

What an awesome tradition! We have made it a priority of taking family vacations for years...in fact we are trying to put one together for next year. It's so hard when everyone grows up and moves away though. I too would like details on your cabin. We have not ever been to Yellowstone. I want to do that trip in the winter. My photo group has done this trip a couple of times and it really gave me the bug to do it too.
