Kenneth Birrell
On the same day that my Grandmother passed away we found out that Chad's step father Kenny had brain cancer. From the moment his doctor's diagnosed him, they didn't give them very much hope. Chad spent several weeks in Vancouver as he was in the hospital. They week before he passed away Chad was there. He was home from the hospital, Chad was able to take him on a drive to see some friends. The next week, he went down hill, lost control of his legs and they had to put him in a hospice hospital where he passed away a few short days later. Cancer took him way too fast and it was very sad for us. Our family is very thankful for Kenny. He took very good care of Judith and loved her for who she is. We feel like he brought Judith back to our family and helped her keep in contact with us again. He was kind, and loving and thoughtful and surely loved family. He had a memory like no other, and it was sad for Chad to see him confused when the cancer took over his brain. He loved old cars, and this is a picture of just two of the classic cars that he had restored. We miss him dearly and will forever be grateful for him in our life.
