May 2016

This was the year of "Hammocking" they boys took any opportunity they could to go on an adventure and take their hammocks. It was fun to watch them bond and set up their hammocks and just chill together. We went on a lot of hikes to get ready for Trek, and it usually involved their Hammocks at some point. The boys got to ride their motorcycles and were in Heaven. Spencer got to go to Clear Creek summer camp, and had a blast. I love gardening and always look forward to making my flower pots for my front porch. I took a picture of my favorite flowers that come up in the spring. My all time favorite is my bleeding heart.

Chad went to see his mom for a few days. He rented a car and got her out to do a little hiking at Multnomah Falls. It was breath taking as always, and Judith seemed to glow and be happy again to be out in Nature.
House and Yard Update Picture. Growing Trees, Curbing in the backyard with bushes. I had to get all dressed up for 80's bunco night. Spencer was Orville Wright for the 5th grade Wax Museum.
Aladin Play. Spencer was Abu and Landon was the Tiger God and a Guard. They had a really fun time this year.
Dance Festival 2016. Landon was chosen to be "Michael Jackson" in the famous 6th grade Thriller dance. It was an Honor to be chosen and he did such a fantastic job! I was so proud of him. The 5th graders (Spencer) did some dance off with the 5th grade girls. I love the dance festival and watching all of the cute kiddos!

More Hammocking and Motorcycle Rides
Bikes we loved and sold. We finally sold our little Honda 90 four wheeler that all of our kids learned to ride on. It made me REALLY sad. I really wanted to keep it for our grandkids. It was such a great little bike to learn on. Jared rode this 2 stroke KDX one time and realized that it was just a little too big for him. They sold it the next week.
Jared's last band concert with Daniel Mott. Daniel is Mr. Mott's son that has been teaching Jared Sax lessons. He loved taking lessons from Daniel and it was fun to have Daniel come to the school as an intern and direct the band for a few songs. In 8th grade Jared was in Jazz Band, Symphonic Band, and Steel Drums. He loved all of the classes!

Crazy catch up,
Going to the park isn't the same as it use to be. I like the hammocks
