October 2016
Landon's 7th grade job shadow day was so fun for him. He chose to job shadow his dad. Chad was able to take him to flight services and the simulator. He was able to take a tour of where the flight attendants train. He even got to put out a fire and slide down the slide in case of an emergency. He got to tour the airplane hospital where they fix all of the airplanes. The most exciting part for Landon was flying the simulator.
Halloween was so fun this year. Jared gets the best costume idea award for our family. He really wanted to be one of those air blowy thing that you see at car lots. We found a couple of ideas of how to make it, and put Grandma Julie to work. She did such a fantastic job. He got a ton of laughs! Landon was a tacky tourist this year. Spencer was his favorite soccer player, "Christiano Renaldo" and Kyle went to DI and got some "golf clothes". I love it when I walk into my kids room and I see their clothes laying out the night before. I can tell they are still excited for an event to happen. Even as a senior in HS, Kyle laid out his Halloween clothes. My niece Joslyn worked at a Haunted House called the Haunted Circus. Landon was bound and determined to go with her and donate his scaring skills. He and Joslyn dressed up with that weird white mask thing.
More Flag football pictures of Spencer and his team. His coach was Shane Corrigan and he was such an awesome coach!
Spencer's "Thunder" soccer team. This team has been so awesome for Spencer. It has been a great move for him and we love the players and coach Jackson Jones. Soccer is Spencer's life right now. He eats, sleeps and breaths soccer. I love watching him play and love that he has found something that he loves.
Bridal Shower for Tyler Warner's Fiance. I threw a bridal shower for Chantel. We held it at Adam and Lisa's house and it was so fun. Megan Hubert and Amy Lundell let me use a lot of their decorations and Dianne Trammell did the food. Chantel got a lot of really nice gifts and it was a lot of fun!
The boys had a unique opportunity to go and do baptisms for the dead with my Grandma Maxine in the Payson Utah temple. They had such a great time and really learned to love their great grandma.
More randomness in October. My kids have always loved to build forts. They build the most awesome fort of all time that went through out the whole playroom and tv room in the basement. I picked grapes and my friend Randi Peterson's house and made the most yummy grape juice, and I took a picture of my pizza rolls, because it is one of the kids favorite dinners. Jared got to go to the Erekson's cabin and ride motorcycle's with Westin.
Spencer grabbed my nice camera one day and stated taking some random pictures for Reflections at school.
