Trek 2016

In July of 2016 Chad and I were invited by the Stake to be a "Ma & Pa" on Trek. Chad and I had never been on a Trek and we were thrilled to go, especially since Kyle and Jared would both be going. Our Stake Presidency made up their own trek route in Fairview Canyon. The route was over 50 miles and literally up hill most of the way. We knew what we were getting into, and we (our Trek kids and our own boys) trained all spring and summer before we left. Chad and I took this calling very seriously and met with our trek kids quite a few times before trek and felt like we really developed a close bond with them. Chad and I both loved our experience on Trek.
